Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC) and ET Foundation are inviting entries for the 2023 International Aluminum Extrusion Design Competition, open to students worldwide.
The Aluminum Extrusion Design Competition is intended to enlighten students studying engineering, design, architecture and related fields about aluminum extrusions’ superior advantages and many applications.
$15,500 in Student Scholarships, and a $3,500 GRAND PRIZE to the best design regardless of competition class. Professional designers and engineers will compete in a separate competition class.
Students are challenged to think about aluminum extrusions as a holistic solution to a design problem by creating a product or system that includes at least one extruded aluminum component. Think beyond the ordinary to come up with unique and resourceful uses for aluminum extrusion. Individual and team entries will be accepted. Students must currently be enrolled in high school, university, trade or design school to be eligible. Entries, including completed official entry form and design materials, are due no later than Monday, March 28, 2023. The Delete Cyberbullying Scholarship Award assists students in paying for higher education. Our goal is to educate as many students as possible about the perils of cyberbullying through the program. Students write an essay about how cyberbullying has affected them.

Through our scholarship program, Platinum Educational Group’s goal is to provide students entering the EMS, Nursing, and Allied Health fields assistance in funding their education. In 2015, we launched our program for EMS students only. In 2016, we expanded our programs (to include Platinum Tests and Platinum Planner) and scholarships to include the Nursing and Allied Health fields.
Platinum Educational Group’s goal is to provide students entering the emergency medical services (EMS) field, nursing, or allied health with assistance in funding his or her education.
