In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a college junior enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.3 or higher.
  3. Must be engaged in pre-dental studies.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Additional Information: Dr. Michael Krochak, DMD, who’s strong fundamental belief in education inspired him to help create a pathway for young men and women to enter the field of dentistry. His scholarship was developed to help students pursuing careers in dentistry to meet the rising costs of their college tuition.

Award Amount: The grant value is up to $1,000. Award is renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
