In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Students are selected based on academic achievements and adherence to daily cystic fibrosis therapy.

Additional Information: The Sacks for CF Scholarship is related to quarterback sacks made during the NFL season. For every sack recorded during NFL Monday Night Football games, the Sacks for CF Scholarship Program receives a donation from a Boomer Esiason Foundation corporate partner. Scholarships are awarded based on applicants' academic achievements and adherence to daily cystic fibrosis therapy. The names of scholarship winners will be announced on Super Bowl Sunday.

Award Amount: $3,000 to $10,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $6,500.
