In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  2. Must be a current college student.
  3. Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Description: -Top 20 applicant submissions will be posted on HealthInsuranceAgent’s Blog. -Money will be sent directly to student or education institution on student’s behalf. -The winner will receive a check via mail and will be announced on the company blog. Additional Information: HealthInsuranceAgent.com supports the education of students studying health insurance. Applicants will submit an essay or blog post of 500 words or more expressing the importance of having health insurance individually and as family. Applicants should include the negative financial impact health insurance can have on individuals and families who are not covered in their submissions. Submissions should be sent to the provider email. Eligible applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, a current college student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Award Amount: The winner will receive an award of $1,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
