Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a resident of Massachusetts.
  4. Must attend a college or university in Massachusetts.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  6. Must pursue a career as a certified public accountant.
  7. Must be enrolled full time.
  8. Must be entering his/her junior year of college in the fall semester following application.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: Massachusetts residents enrolled full-time in a state college or university are eligible for this award. Students must be entering their junior year, have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate financial need, and intend to pursue a career as a certified public accountant.

Additional Information: Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Scholarship recipients will be notified by April 30. Awards will be presented at the MSCPA's Annual Recognition Reception at Park Plaza Hotel in Boston.

Award Amount: $2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.
