In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Healthy America Award is available for U.S. students who are enrolled in or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program related to medicine. Students who are majoring in nursing, psychology, counselling, and social work are encouraged to apply.

Application requirements for the Healthy America Award are:

Additional Information: The Healthy America Award is provided annually to assist with the educational expenses of tomorrow's healthcare workers. A panel of judges will review all eligible submissions for the following qualities: insight, usefulness of information, entertainment value, and emotional impact. One winner will be selected and notified within one month of the deadline date.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable. Funds will be paid to the student's PayPal account. No other forms of payment are available for this award, so the selected winner will be required to submit an email address that is associated with an active PayPal account.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
