Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a resident of Yuma, AZ.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  5. Must be majoring in or planning to major in a medical field.
  6. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at the time of application.
