Number of Awards & Eligibility: Please note: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any given year. Each student meeting the requirements will receive an award.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a graduating high school senior.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  4. Must have a SAT score (math/critical reading) of 950 or higher OR a ACT score of 20 or higher.
  5. Must plan to attend Hiram College in Ohio.
  6. This award is for U.S. students.
  7. Must plan to attend a college or university in Ohio.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for graduating high school seniors with a grade point average of 3.0 and a SAT score of 950 or higher OR an ACT score of 20 or higher. Students must apply for admission to Hiram College in Ohio.

Additional Information: Hiram College created a scholarship program for entering students that serves to recognize academic achievement and help students and families who deserve a private college education during a time of economic uncertainty.

Award Amount: $8,000 annually, renewable for up to three years as long as the recipient maintains a cumulative grade point average of 3.0.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $8,000.
