Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for residents of Arizona who are graduating high school or currently attending an accredited community college, four-year college, or university within the state. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must enroll full time.

Additional Information: The Jerome & Gale Glaser Scholarship is designed to provide opportunities to students from underserved and rural areas. Additional preference will be given to students in these communities. The Arizona Community Foundation provides scholarships for high school seniors and current college students throughout Arizona. Selection for awards is based primarily on academic records, financial need (as demonstrated by the FAFSA paperwork), and the quality of other submission items such as essays and recommendation letters.

Award Amount: The award amount varies annually depending on the amount of available funding and the demonstrated need of the scholarship recipient.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
