  2. Must be majoring in nursing.
  3. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.

Additional Information: This award is provided by Leila Syring and Sue Ryerson to assist with the medical studies of a student in Mesa, AZ. The Arizona Community Foundation provides scholarships for high school seniors and current college students throughout Arizona. Selection for awards is based primarily on academic records, financial need (as demonstrated by the FAFSA paperwork), and the quality of other submission items such as essays and recommendation letters.
