Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States.
  4. Must possess a proven record of interest in healthy communities through past and present volunteer, professional, or educational experiences.
  5. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Additional Information: The winner will be announced in summer.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
