The Imagine Cup Games Competition is a global contest for the best new student games and the winning team will take home $50,000 (US). Create a desktop or tablet game using Windows, or a mobile game using Windows Phone, or a browser game using Windows Azure and you could win big at the Imagine Cup World Finals in Seattle.
Many of our competitions are intended for teams, so you may also need to create a team to participate. If a competition requires a team, you’ll be able to pick your team right on the Submission page. If you don’t have a team yet, you can create one in just a few moments – you just need a team name and team country, and you’re ready to go.
This competition is intended for a team of experienced coders. As part of this competition, you’ll submit a complete piece of software, usable by our judges, as well as supporting documentation.
The Shell Technical Scholarship and Shell Incentive Fund Scholarship have been created to provide financial and career assistance to graduating high school seniors who have expressed an interest in the energy industry and demonstrated an aptitude in mathematics and science.
In each program, Shell will sponsor up to 20 one-year awards of $2,500 for selected graduating high school seniors enrolling in engineering or geosciences at universities identified by Shell.

In 2022, buildgirls.org was founded in Bethesda, Maryland to empower, educate and engage females in high school about FACE (Females in Architecture, Construction & Engineering) . Recognizing the lack of female representation in the industry drove us to become passionate to cause change in this large and growing industry.
Since early 2022, we have been developing new approaches to tackle both the attitudes surrounding women in ACE and also the limited exposure available for women, especially in high school. The Immaculata High School of Chicago Alumnae Association awards scholarships to the families of Immaculata High School of Chicago Alumnae who attend Loyola University Chicago. Eligible family members include: children, stepchildren, adopted children, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren of Immaculata High School of Chicago alumnae and also descendants of spouses of alumnae. Any woman who graduated from Immaculata High School of Chicago, or attended for at least one year, is considered an alumna. Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA and must reapply each year. No scholarship is automatically renewed. All applicants for the Immaculata Scholarship must also apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA) prior to submitting the Immaculata Alumnae Scholarship application.

For students, coping with the physical and emotional aspects of a parent’s illness while handling the responsibilities and pressures of school, activities, and social lives can be particularly overwhelming. Our team at OnderLaw knows all too well the devastation families go through when a parent is diagnosed with cancer. The experiences someone goes through are painful, but sharing them can be a catalyst for moving forward.
To help honor those who are fighting cancer or who have lost their battle, we are asking students to write an essay answering the question: What would you tell someone about what is important in life, knowing what cancer has taught you?
