This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are members of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). Students must be studying mechnical engineering or a related field and have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.

Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and some financial need.
