Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, approximately 400-500 awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must attend Eastern University, PA.
  2. Must enroll as a full time, degree-seeking student.
  3. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  4. Recipients generally are in the top 50 percent of their class, have a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher, and have an SAT score of 1000 or higher (out of 1600).
  5. Must be a high school senior or older.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is offered to U.S. and international freshman and transfer students who attend Eastern University in Pennsylvania. The student must display financial need after federal and state sources have been awarded and applied.

Additional Information: Eastern University is a Christian university of the arts and sciences dedicated through teaching, scholarship, service, spiritual formation, student development and societal involvement to the preparation of undergraduate and graduate students for thoughtful and productive lives of Christian faith and service. Scholarship amount is based on class rank and/or high school cumulative grade point average, SAT scores, reference's and essay(s). Transfer students are also eligible with the inclusion of official college transcripts.

Award Amount: Award amount ranges from $11,000 to $20,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years. Renewability is based on the students status and a yearly criteria set by EU.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $66,000.
