Additional Information: The Highland Lakes Legacy Fund: Ernest K. Cochran Memorial Scholarship is provided annually to graduating seniors and alumni of Marble Falls High School in Marble Falls, TX. Award selection will be based on a combination of unmet financial need, academic achievement, and other evidence of participation in school and community activities. This scholarship is administered and managed through the Austin Community Foundation. Founded in 1977, the Austin Community Foundation has expanded to combine philanthropists, community leaders, and advanced financial management technologies. The foundation works to identify and assist the local populations in greatest need through a combination of scholarships, local initiatives, and grants.
