The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress

Number of Awards & Eligibility: Up to ten awards offered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must enroll full time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school.
  3. Must be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or an immediate family member of a NRCA-contractor member who has a minimum of one year of employment with the company as of the application deadline date.
  4. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.
  5. Must be a U.S. citizen.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are employees, immediate family members of an employee, or immediate family members of a NRCA-contractor member who has a minimum of one year of employment with the company as of the application deadline date.

Application requirements for the Melvin Kruger Endowed Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Industrial, institutional, and international members as well as relatives of current Alliance board of trustees or officers are not eligible.

Award Amount: $5,000 annually, renewable for up to three years upon the maintenance of an annual grade point average of 3.0 grade point average or higher.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $50,000.
