Number of Awards & Eligibility: Approximately one award is offered each year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a graduating high school student from a school located in Ventura County.
  2. Must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0.
  3. Must be a resident of Ventura County.
  4. Must have at least 50% Filipino heritage.

Description: The Tony V. Grey Legacy Scholarship is an annual award. It was created by his family and loved ones in partnership with the Filipino American Council of Ventura County to memorialize the life, honor the memory, and commemorate the legacy of Tony V. Additional Information: To be eligible, an applicant must be a graduating high school student from a school located in Ventura County and have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0.
