Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be African American.
  2. Must be a graduating high school senior.
  3. Must have a grade point average of 2.7 or higher.
  4. Must have a record of community service in one of the five target areas.
  5. Must reside in St. Louis city, the Missouri counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln, or the Illinois counties of St. Clair or Madison.
  6. This award is for U.S. students.

Additional Information: The The Archway (MO) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated Community Service Scholarship is provided annually to African American students in the St. Louis area who have shown a commitment to comunity service in one of the five key focus areas of the Links, Inc.'s mission: youth services; arts; international charities; legislative and educational issues; or health awareness. Award selection will based on a combination of community service contributions, academic achievement, and unmet financial need. Scholarship Central is made possible by a joint commitment between St. Louis Graduates and the St. Louis Community Foundation, as well as a variety of private and public sponsors.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
