Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually and is dependent on funding.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. studnets.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Must be a minority.
  6. Must be a permanent resident of Lake, LaPorte or Porter counties in Indiana.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: Indiana high school seniors or older who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Students must be minority students enrolled or planning to enroll in a four-year college or university and be residents of Lake, LaPorte, or Porter counties.

Additional Information: Candidates for this scholarship are expected to be involved in school and community leadership and have exhibited qualities of high character and integrity.

Award Amount: Up to $5,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
