Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program.
  2. Must be majoring in a field related to healthcare.
  3. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher.
  5. Must attend an accredited college or university in the United States.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The HealthGrad.com Leadership Scholarship scholarship is available for U.S. students who are currently enrolled in a healthcare-related program of study. Applicants must write an essay of between 4000-10,000 characters in length in response to the provided topic prompt.

Additional Information: Any applications that have false or misleading information or plagiarized content will be disqualified and discarded immediately. All essays must be the applicant's sole, original work. Selection will be based on the use of fact-based evidence that support the essay's core arguments, as well as the applicant's academic records, community involvement, and other awards/honors.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable. All awards are provided on a one-time basis.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
