Description: Access to education is a big way to reduce the racial wealth gap and increase access to our industry and the world, with debt and tuition being a major hurdle. By providing need-based scholarships to a range of post-secondary education opportunities, adidas and the United Negro College Fund hope to continue our work removing barriers for underserved communities and youth. This year we're pledging $3 million through 2025, and here's how.
