The KFC Scholars Award

If you missed the KFC $20,000 Twitter scholarship, don’t worry. You may still be eligible for the annual KFC Scholars Award. Winners of the KFC Scholars Award will be given up to $5,000 annually; the scholarship money can be used for tuition, books, room and board, and fees. To be eligible for the KFC Scholars Award, you must:

Be a high school senior graduating this school year (between 12/1/10 and 8/31/11)
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Demonstrate financial need
Plan on attending an in-state, public university or college

To apply for this scholarship, visit the Colonel online at KFCScholars.org. KFC will be accepting applications for this scholarship program from December 1, 2010 to February 9, 2011.
