This award is available to U.S. undergraduate seniors who are enrolled in the University of North Florida’s College of Education and Human Services. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
UNF College of Education and Human Services Endowed Fellowship
This award is available for graduate students in the University of North Florida College of Education and Human Services who have at least 80 percent of their coursework completed. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Dr. Richard Forrest and Ella Dudney Kelsey Memorial Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is available to U.S. high school seniors graduating from Collierville High School in Shelby County, Tenn. The applicant must plan to become a professional educator or pursue a career in the medical field.
CANFit Graduate Scholarship
This award is available for minority students currently enrolled in a graduate program for nutrition, public health nutrition, physical education, or an American Dietetic Association-approved pre-professional practice program at an accredited California college or university. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have completed 12 to 15 units of graduate course work at the time of application.
Doris and Joel Abramson Scholarship Fund
This award is available for U.S. high school seniors or adult students entering their freshman year of college who reside in the 21-town service area of the Connecticut Community Foundation. Students must pursue a career in teaching learning disabled children and have a grade point average of B- or higher.
Nick Van Pernis Scholarship
This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate students who graduated from a public or private high school in the districts of North Kona, South Kona, North Kohala or Ka’u. Students must major in marine sciences, biotechnology, health sciences or early childhood education, and must have a grade point average of 2.7 or higher.
Alma White – Delta Kappa Gamma Scholarship
This scholarship is available for college juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are residents of Hawaii and majoring in education. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Ron Bright Scholarship
This scholarship is available for Hawaii high school seniors who are attending a public Windward O’ahu high school. Students must plan to major in education and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Dr. Hans & Clara Zimmerman Foundation Education Scholarship
This scholarship is available for Hawaii undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in education with an emphasis on teaching and have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher. Preference is given to non-traditional students with at least two years of teaching experience and to students of Hawaiian ethnicity.
