U.S. and International students who are high school seniors and are planning to attend the University of Arkansas are eligible for this award. Students who receive this award typically have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher and have SAT/ACT scores of 1240/28 or higher.

PA Postsecondary Educational Gratuity Program
This award is available for Pennsylvania resident undergraduate students who are enrolled at a public Pennsylvania college. Students must be 25 years of age or younger, and be the child, by birth or adoption, of a deceased public service officer, National Guard member, or other military member who died in the performance of duty.
University of Richmond International Student Need-Based Scholarship
This award is available for international students planning to enroll as full-time freshmen at the University of Richmond in Virginia. A student must apply for admission to the University of Richmond before he/she can be considered for a scholarship.
Roberta B. Willis Scholarship
This scholarship is available for Connecticut high school senior and undergraduate students who are attending eligible Connecticut institutions. Students must have a cumulative class rank in the top 20 percent at the end of their junior year for high school seniors (upon graduation for all others) OR have combined scores (math, critical reading, writing) of at least 1800 on the SAT OR 27 or better on ACT.
Connecticut Independent College Student Grant Program
This award is available to Connecticut undergraduate students who are attending an eligible independent college or university in Connecticut. Students must demonstrate financial need, as determined by the FAFSA.
Connecticut Minority Teacher Incentive Grant Program
This award is for Connecticut upper-level undergraduate students who are enrolled in an undergraduate teacher preparation program at an eligible college or university in Connecticut. The student must be a minority student (African, American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian American or Native American heritage) and intend to teach in a Connecticut public school after graduation.
Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) – Graduate Grant
This award is available to U.S. graduate students who are residents of New Jersey who demonstrate educationally and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Students must be attending an eligible institution in New Jersey.
C.A.R. Scholarship
Awards by the C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation are up to $4,000 for students enrolled in four-year University and $2,000 for students enrolled in two-year Colleges.
New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Undergraduate Grant
This award is available to New Jersey undergraduate students who demonstrate educationally and economically disadvantaged backgrounds and are attending an eligible postsecondary institution in New Jersey.
TAMU Shibata International Memorial Scholarship
International students who are currently enrolled full time at Texas A&M University are eligible for this award. An eligible applicant must have demonstrated high academic standards, and have a curiosity and openness to people and traditions of other countries. In addition, the student must be actively involved in organizations other than international ones.
