This award is available to Texas resident students who are blind and/or deaf who attend public colleges or universities in the state of Texas. The student must provide certification from the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services of status as a blind person or a deaf person.

Adoph Van Pelt Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are from the continental United States or Alaska. Students must be members of a federally recognized American Indian or Alaskan Native tribe.
Scholarship for Engineering Education Service-Cancelable Loan Program
This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of Georgia and pursuing an engineering program at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. The student must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher if a sophomore, junior, or senior.
Georgia Public Safety Memorial Grant
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are legal residents of Georgia are attending a Georgia public college, university, or technical institute. The Student must be the natural or adopted dependent child of a Georgia law enforcement officer, fire fighter, EMT, correction officer, or prison guard who was permanently disabled or killed in the line of duty.
MG James Ursano Scholarship Fund
The dependents of Army soldiers who are under 23 years of age and enrolling full time in an undergraduate program are eligible for this award. Students must be unmarried, be registered in the Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS), and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Spouse Education Assistance Program
This scholarship is open to spouses of active duty or retired Army soldiers and widow(er)s of soldiers who died on active duty or in retired status to pursue their first undergraduate degree. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher; scholarships are based on financial need.
Georgia HOPE Scholarship
This award is available to Georgia high school students who are planning to attend an eligible public, private, or technical college in Georgia. The student must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, or earn a GED and score in the national composite 85th percentile or higher on the SAT or ACT tests.
University of North Georgia ROTC Grant
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of Georgia and attending the University of North Georgia. Students must fully participate in the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program to receive the ROTC Grant during any particular school term.
University of North Georgia Military Scholarship
This award is available to Georgia high school seniors who are planning to attend the University of North Georgia. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and a score of 920 or higher on the SAT or 20 or higher on the ACT. Recipients must agree to serve in the Georgia Army National Guard.
Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG) Program
This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of Georgia and planning to attend an eligible private college or university in Georgia. The student must be enrolled full-time in a program of study leading to a undergraduate degree.
