The John Kacala Scholarship is for U.S. college students who are majoring in culinary arts and have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef. The applicant must be enrolled full time in an accredited, postsecondary school of culinary arts, or other culinary training program acceptable to the AAC.

Porter Fleming Literary Competition
This is a writing contest for residents of Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. To enter, students may submit their work in one of four categories: fiction, poetry, nonfiction or drama. Zeta Psi Educational Foundation Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. men who are members of Zeta Psi fraternity and are currently enrolled in a college or university program. Selection is based on academic merit, financial need and the applicant’s essay response.
‘REACh Your Goals’ Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are 25 years of age or older and reside in the greater Chicagoland area. Students must be enrolled in or admitted to a degree or certificate program at a college or university that is a member of the REACh organization and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
NDS / DMI Milk Marketing & Dairy Products Scholarship
College sophomores and juniors who have an explicit interest in the dairy industry are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

This award is available to seniors and graduate students enrolled full-time and studying civil or chemical engineering, or any environmental subject. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Kazimour Scholarship
U.S. citizens who are current undergraduate student members of the Association for Non-Traditional Students in Higher Education (ANTSHE) are eligible for this award. This scholarship is available for U.S. students in their junior year of college who are American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian or Pacific Islander, Black or African American, or Hispanic or Latino and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must have a declared major in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering or in one of the environmental sciences (geology, hydrogeology, biology, ecology, public health, or industrial hygiene toxicology).
