Auburn is just right. It is not too large nor too small. I think that Auburn University is the perfect choice for getting the college experience. It is small enough to walk through comfortably, and big enough to experience the SEC football games and other things.

I think Auburn is a great "secret." IT is a beautiful campus and a great school and because it is not in a major city, and in the deep south, it gets overlooked. Our sports are helping to get Auburn noticed.
I certainly felt very competitive in the job market with a degree from Auburn.
The most recent controversy, certainly, was the murder of the coed.
I have moved around alot and lived in many cities. I have never experienced the pride and comradery that Auburn alums have from any other school graduates. When I find someone else that went to Auburn it is not a subtle bond, it is HUGE!

I love Auburn. It is the perfect size, i feel safe and welcomed here. Everyone is friendly, and almost everywhere I go, I feel like I know people. I spend most of my time on campus walking around and playing outside. I can not think of anything to change. The only thing i could think of, just recently has been changed, which was library hours. Now the library is open 24-7 with security escorts. Although I do think there needs to be something done about parking for students and maybe sorority houses should be considered! Auburn's administration works very hard to please everyone and they do a great job! I believe that Auburn definitley fits the description of a college town. Our school pride is amazing, and it is not only within students, it is spread throughout the whole town! I love Auburn's old traditions of toomer's corner and rolling the tree after the games, and I will always remember going to football games and pledging my sorority! I do not know of many people complaining about anything other than the parking, which I know will be handled in the future!

My most enjoyable time to be at Auburn is during football season. Auburn University has so many traditions and school pride and it is shown off so well during football season. Everyone greets each other with a "War Eagle" and I have always felt so welcome and involved during football season.

Auburn is awesome! I love the size of it-- how it feels like a small town but it is a big university. Everywhere I go I see someone I know, which is nice. My favorite time of the year at Auburn is definately football season. Tailgating is always so much fun!

If there was one thing I could change about Auburn it would be the process of registering for classes. TigerI works great and makes the process really fast. The problem I have with it is not being able to get in classes because of restrictions. Every semester I have signed up for classes I get done and only have like 3 hours because I have to wait to see if I can get into the other ones. My college makes us sign up on a list for classes and then they put us into each class. This sounds like a great idea except that they don't put you in until months later, which causes problems for trying to get football tickets and stuff like that. Also, trying to get into classes that aren't in my college but that I am required to take are so hard to get into. People I know at other schools have no problem getting the classes they need. I think Auburn should try to think of ways to handle this problem.

I came to Auburn from Colorado because I used to live in Florida and wanted to come back down to the SEC. However, after my first fall semester here I realized how far it was from home and started looking at colorado schools. But, I didn't transfer because the feeling that I get from Auburn I cant get anywhere else. The location is perfect; it's a small town that only has the university in it, but if I want to go to a city Atlanta and Birmingham are only an hour and a half away. The size is perfect, its not too small to where I feel like there are obvious cliques or groups, but its not too big to feel like that if Im walking on campus I will never see anyone I know.
People usually ask me where Auburn is when I tell them thats where I go, or why Alabama all the way from Colorado. But after I explain it they always seem to want to come visit to see. I spend most of my time in Haley Center or the Foy because all my classes are in Haley and it's convenient to just wait in a computer lab or Foy in during my breaks.
Auburn's administration is fine, but I feel that I get little to no help on advising for registration and class ideas for the 36 elective credits that I need to fill up in order to graduate.

I honestly love Auburn. I came from a small town, and although this is a dif. small town it still feels similar. I was very homesick my first semester, but I have grown to love it. Auburn has the best traditions and everyone is genuinely nice. People see Auburn as a prestigious school and I am proud to be a student here.

I think we definitely need more security in our big parking lots and the deck at the library. It is creepy if you have been studying late and then have to walk out to your car by yourself in that big garage. I know you can ask for an escort but I would prefer if there was just after hours security guards.
THE STUDENT ACT! Compared to Alabama's, our student act is terrible. And if you want to work out you have to do it after five pm if you don't have a c-zone and if you do have a c-zone there is no tellin if you'll get a spot...and joining a real gym is TOO EXPENSIVE.
Also, I like the way Alabama takes money out of the money you paid for tuition and gives the students dining dollars with which they can get food at several places.
I like the foy sushi!
