I wish I would have known to enroll as a Computer Science major, rather than enroll in another major and then switch. If I would have known, I could have been much further ahead in my classes.

How fast the quarter system moves and the importance on staying on top of your work.

Before going to this school, I wish I had known how different the surroundings would be compared to high school. It seems that high school was constantly stressful, whereas college is only really stressful when it is midterms time.

I wish that I had taken Physics ans Calculus before I came to this school.

Before coming to Cal Poly Pomona, I wish I had known that the farm store accepted meal points. It was not until the end of the year that I found out that I could use meal points to buy food there. If I had know about it, I could have been eating healthier the whole year. At the farm store they have fruits, vegetables, and other healthy food that is grown by the agriculture department at school. I would have have prefered that over the junk food that they sold on campus.

I wish I would like taken a tour aound the full campus, of the farms and fields.

Where to live

The thing that I wish I knew about Cal Poly was that it was a commuter school and to be more prepared for that.

I would have like to know if my school is the best choice for my major. I didnt really know the benefits that my school offered.

The lack of emotional support by administrators and staff.
