I feel if you don't want to try and better yourself you should not attend. The teachers care a lot and it is just rude to not even try when they give their best for you.

Someone who shouldn't attend this school is someone who doesn't do well in large classes. During class there isn't time for any one on one time. Even after class a professor might have a few students that need help. That's the only real downside to Kent.

Kent State is a diverse school that has people from every walk of life. Only someone that is close-minded, unaccepting, and does not plan to be active on campus should not go here. There truly is a place for everyone at Kent if you look hard enough. Someone that isn't independent or self-sufficient would not be a good fit because while there are tons of resources here, there is a great sense of freedom on campus.

Anyone can attend this school and make it just fine. But someone who is conservative, religious, and not considered "in need" by FAFSA shouldn't live on campus because it is expensive and 90{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the students are focused only on drinking, drugs, and sex. Cigarette butts line the edge of the sidewalks and liberal agenda is posted everywhere.

Anyone can attend this school but you must be extremely prepared to suck up. I recomend only living on campus.

Someone close minded

I would say if you aren't willing to work hard and put forth your best effort, than this school isn't for you. It is a challanging school with great classes and it works you hard.

The only people who should not attend Kent State University are those whose major is not offered here. Kent State is an excellent school for anyone who is willing to further their education.

This school fits well for just about anyone.
