I believe that Moberly Area Community College is a good option for someone who is looking to save money on their first two years of school and then move on to a 4-year school. This is exactly what I am doing and all of my credits were able to transfer over. Overall, I have had a good experience at MACC and recommend it for anyone in Missouri with the A-plus program scholarship.

All the teachers I had we very nice! The classrooms are always clean. I have learned a lot already and am only in my second year there. The teachers are always eager to help any way possible. The environment is very calm and relaxing. This school is very nice and I am glad I picked it.

Khayla - 05/23/2019

I used my A plus and I had an amazing experience here. I grasped so many great skills and all of the professors are helpful and inspiring. I would jump the opportunity to attend MACC again, and I highly recommend it to any student with A plus of just wanting to get their feet wet.

I have heard great things about this college, so I had to take a look. I loved the campus tour, the guide was very interesting in everything she talked about. The campus was normal size and i love smaller schools. I did not meet teachers but After i visited this college I applied two days after. It seems to be very welcoming to anyone. They have a career path for almost everyone. I was totally impressed and that is hard to come by in small schools.

  6. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

I would have to say the worst thing about Moberly is that you are not challenged enough. Sometimes it feels like teachers expect less out of you because it is a community college, but that is not correct. The reason why most people attend is because it?s cheaper and it?s considered the same education. Therefore, having teachers who don?t set high standards is difficult to push yourself, but I think that is what makes those who succeed in a community college even stronger. We have to push ourselves and know what we?re capable of.
