Not enough places to live. Penn State is so big and there are a hugh number of students who attend the school. There are very limited places to live on and off campus. The rental properties are not sensitive to the financial stature of students who need to live off-campus. Rents are high and facilites are old and in poor condition and not condusive to students who need to concentrate on studies.

The worst thing about the school would be the cliques that form. While the people you meet are from a lot of different backgrounds and have a lot of personalities, there still a class of people that would consider themselves elite.

The worst thing about this school is the advisors, they have not guided me at all in any way. I would have to do my own research on what classes to take and what path I should be following to complete my major. They have not talked to me about career choices or my plan in the future.

The tuition cost.

The worst thing about my school is the size of general education classes, scuh as Art and Science. I graduated high school with 67 students, and am used to a lot of individual attention given. Here, you must want 100{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the attention given to you by the professors. You can sit in front of the class and ask questions constantly, or you can not even attend class, and the professors wouldn't know the difference. My art class has 300 students, and there is no way every one can be heard.

Probably the emphasis on the drinking scene. Many people don't realize that there is more to do than just go out and party on weekends!
