Texas A&M has a long standing tradition of camaraderie amongst its students making it a great choice not only for meeting new students, but lifelong friends, and the city of college station a great city to live in.

The school spirt is astounding. The quality of education is one beyond comparison. Nothing compares to being an Aggie.

I did not consider any other school, but I feel that the school spirit and traditions here are unique and bring us togther as a campus and everyone is proud to be an aggie.

This is the most tradition rich university in the nation that has some of the biggest names in all fields directing research in between classes. We are on of the few schools who has sent a man to space and we have made some of the most important advancements in agriculture.

On the first day of school as a freshman I unfortunately had to bring out my map because I forgot where my class building was. Within seconds of doing this, a girl came up to me and said, "Sweetheart where are you trying to go?" and then proceeded to walk me to class. The friendliness you will find here you will not find at any other large university. Everyone is very willing to help eachother out and make every new member of the Aggie family feel welcome.

There's a spirit and pride at Texas A&M in every student that you just can't explain until you attend A&M. There is an organization for every student and if there isn't one the student has the option to create their own. Texas A&M is like a big family to me.

as an alumni of the environmental design program at Texas A&M, I can say that this degree will get me nowhere in life. It got me zero interviews with architectural design firms. it did get me some interviews for sales jobs at oil companies and teaching companies about software. all of these with salaries less than 25,000 a year. Luckily i got into a Clemson University masters degree program, no thanks to Texas A&M. Clemson actually taught me skills for a real job in my field of work. i regret going here. i would have had the same education and saved money by going to community college before getting my masters at Clemson. If you have to go to school in Texas, go to University of Texas. great school and located in Austin which is the best city in Texas to live in.
