The type of person that shouldn;t attend this school is an individual that wants a small school or something in a rural area. The school is quite large and very diverse so anyone that wouldn't appreciate that shouldn't attend the school.

Someone who doesn't like heat or doesn't like a large campus.

While I love my school and feel at home there, I do think that it is not ideal for some students. The campus has about 50,000 students milling around it and this environment is not comfortable for many people. Those who prefer to know everyone in their graduating class, for instance, would not appreciate the vastness of UT Austin. Moreover, students who are easily distracted would not flourish on this campus because there are countless activities going on at all times on campus.

Someone that wants to learn and is able to facus on school despite all of the parties going on.

The student who is interested in experienceing new things in an amazing, progressive city. The student who doesn't mind being a "little fish in a big pond." The University of Texas is a liberal and diverse college where anything is possible. "What starts here changes the world."

Someone who dislikes big classes

Someone who is afraid of making new friends, or has to interact only in small groups.

A person who has trouble making friends, doesn't like being outside, and doesn't enjoy live music. They must also enjoy exercising otherwise they will dred the walk across the hills on campus.
