UArts is the only arts University in the country. It's the only school that has dancers, sculpters, filmmakers and writers all living together under the same roof. There are no Fraternities or Sororities, (some have been started but none were successful), so there is no social ladder. All students treat each other respectfuly and with dignity. Being set within the middle of a large city, the campus is spread out and has no central location. Students have the freedom to express themselves however they wish without persecution from students or faculty.

strictly an art, dance and theater school. wveyron here is determined and works really hard. its not a big liberal arts school or sports school, but you can really focus on your dreams. you can be yourself. other schools are big, and don't focus on the individual student as much. they focused more on english than on the art work.

My school offers a diverse range of programs, including Industrial Design, which isn't offered by many schools. It is a city school in a nice area near many venues, suppliers, and methods of transportation. It is a small school, so the classes are small and the majors are concentrated, but being spread out among several city blocks, I don't feel like I know everyone and I don't feel confined. I am constantly seeing new people, yet I am not overwhelmed.
