That online students have no options to join clubs, groups, etc. If you aren't an o-campus student, you just don't matter.

I wish I had known how hard it would be to obtain scholarships and grants. Attending this school (or any school for that matter) is expensive, and working full-time and going to school full-time becomes very tiring. It will all be worth it in the end though. I'm already halfway there!

I really don't wish for anything that I knew before attending Ashford University the teachers are very helpful, all the assignments are very clear what you have to do and all the resources Ashford has for the students is pretty interesting. I am looking forward to be going to school at Ashford when I first signed up in February the gentlemen was really nice and helping me get very thing set up with financial aid, my transfers from the other school and getting my classes picked out for me.

I wish that I could have found this school before applying to my local community college. The classes at the community college were great, but hard to deal with because I was working a 50 hour a week job and trying to go to school on a part time basis. Some of the professors didnt care that you had a job and they wanted almost impossible things done for the classes. I wish that Ashford would have popped up on my search for schools when I was researching different colleges to help with my education for my Early Childhood Degree.

None of the teachers are willing to write a letter of recommendation (even the classes where I earned 99-100{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} on everything, as they said they did not know me well enough to write a letter of recommendation.

I wish I would have known about the required courses that are forced on to the students. Most importantly, I wish I could have known how serious the grading policies were and how they compare to other colleges, all types.. The grading just seems to be far too lenient at times, THis could be explained by the fact that I am a highly experienced stuident with nearly five years of total college or that I am peaking now and am on the top of my game but I am surprised at how high some of my grades have been.

I wish I had know how convienant and helpful the staff and instructors at Ashford are. I wish I had known about Ashford 15-20 years ago. I would not have wasted any precious moment on any other college I have attended in the past.
