UM is known primarily for its football team; however, UM is slowly making its name known in the areas of medicine and research. More than 60{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the students that attend UM are under the pre-med track and are currently taking courses to advance themselves toward the medical field. For this reason, all classese that fulfill the pre-med requirement contain more than 200 students. Competition is fierce, but many students are able to not be consumed by it.

Our school is best know for its football team. While they don't always win they do have a history of being an amazing team. The students have a lot of school spirit and love attending games. And everyone has heard of the "U" when it comes to sports!

Miami is best known for the city and the nightlife, the school itself is known for Football. However, being a top 50 school now there is a great emphasis on academics. It is a perfect sized school with great school spirit and wonderful in and out of the classroom opportunities.

School spirit and tough courses. Here on campus we all really love our school. We support all our teams, academic and sports. Events on campus are always heavily attended. Meanwhile, you have to study and work really hard to stay on top of classes. Professors will really work with you and are always available/accessible. Just don't think it's gonna be a cake walk, because the standards are really high here.

Our school is best known for the weather. Everyone here goes to class in beach coverups, heads to the pool in between classes and does anything they can to have friday's off. The campus is beautiful everywhere you look and our school spirit at the football games is very exciting.

This university always appears on the Princeton Review for most diverse college campus and best athletic facility. The Canes football teams is widely known across the nation. Furthermore, many people are attracted to this college because of the tropical climate and urban scenery that Miami provides.

It is playboy's number one party school, we have a great Medical program, and a great Communications program. We are also known for our football team!
