What is the stereotype of students at Washington State University?

Jonathan

WSU is still seen as a school from the past, and by past I mean when it was rated as one of the top 25 party schools in the nation. This really is not the case any more. I understand that at any University there will be a portion of students there for social activities more than scholastic, but WSU is no more extreme in this case than any other. WSU is known for having exceptional Vet students and Engineering students, and a very close community of students. I still see people I met during my freshmen orientation on a regular basis all over campus and town, regardless of what their major is and where they live in Pullman. I think the stereotype of students from the outside is very different from the inside. I hope this review helps people choose to go here, or stay away from WSU based legitimate reasons and not their perception of the party scene here.
