The best thing about WSU is the sense of community within the school's atmosphere. There is an incredibly strong sense of belonging you have when you go to WSU and you feel automatically connected to your fellow "Cougs." When you go to WSU you automatically have a huge support network made up of your surrounding peers.

The school's professors, with their reliable help and expert teaching, help make Washington State University Tri-Cities a top-tier place to learn in Eastern Washington. Always thinking of the students, the professors manage to find office hours among their busy work schedules, leaving them open for discussions extending from the week's lecture and elaborating when subjects are unclear. This process solidifies the learning and understanding of material, preparing us for the working world.

This University has so many amazing qualities. The instructors are kind, passionate, flexible and responsive. Even in a class of over 500 students, I could always count on a quick email response, or office time with the instructor. Every teacher appeared passionate about the subject they were teaching and every lecture was engaging. The university financial aid services are like nothing I’ve ever encountered. There is a renewable scholarship, simply for attending a single-day event and the school will not deny a student who cannot pay tuition, but will cover the tuition expense, so the student can attend.

The school spirit is amazing and we have the best alumne ever. They will do anything for the students.

It is the only university close to my home but it does have many educators that are very adept in their respective discipline.

The best thing about WSU is its location. It is only 20 minutes away from Moscow Idaho and Idaho State University, where there is a mall and a country swing dance club that I love! Spokane is only a hour and a half away. The malls and restraunts etc. provide a nice get away from the college town when needed. There are many nice places to drive through the surrounding wheat fields and small mountains when city life becomes too much to handle. WSU is a diverse university with much to offer to a wide variety of people.

I think the best thing about WSU is the people you meet there and the professors. Everyone I have meet has been nice and helpful.

The best thing about my school is the community that the students have with one another. A coug will always help a coug. You can find a friend no matter where you go and meet new people constantly. It's really helpful being a freshman and having this aspect at my school.

The absolute best thing about Washington State University is the community. We are such a tight-knit group even though there are 20,000 students. The small, college town atmosphere is great while still being a safe and comfortable environment. Greek life is an absolute must, I can't imagine my life without my sorority.

The professors. They spend quite a bit of time trying to assist you as a student if oyu go to them for help, and they are amazing at keeping the interest of the students as well as conveying the ideas that they are trying to explain.

This campus is one of the prettiet campus you will ever see. It is gorgeous no matter what time of year! This is a place where you can be yourself no matter what that person is.

The best thing about Washington State University is the willingness of professors to help their students at any time. Every professor I have emphasizes the fact that they have office hours that they are available and many are willing to make appointments with students if needed. I have been able to take advantage of this and it has helped me greatly!

It is a very comfortable and safe place to go to school and makes the college experience a lot better.

While there a large range of students from diverse backgrounds are at my school, I found that many of the people I've met share my interests and socioeconomic status. This has helped me to make new friends and to feel part of the student body.

It was small and classes were very focused on the subjects. Professors were easy to reach and speak with if I had questions.

Helpfulness is what I consider the best thing about my school. At WSU not only instructers, but also the financial aid team as well as the admissions people are all very willing to help the students.

Coming to Washington State is not just about going to class. The university offers insane amounts of activities outside of class. From the up all night parties, to movies played in Martin Stadium, if you are looking for something to do on a Friday night, the school is more than happy to oblige. Also, if you are focused on your studies, the possibilities at Washington State are endless. With professsors doing research on campus, you can get involved and boost your resume quite a bit.
