I love the opportunities available for students who truly apply themselves. The small town location also allows for greater chances to excel at your major/prefered career path with unique opportunities such as internships and job shadowing. Also, it is a great place to get studying done when needed.

I really like the unity our school feels - The school spirit! I enjoy being able to yell "Go Cougs!" to anyone on or off campus wearing WSU apparel with no doubt they're going to yell it back.

The best thing about this school is definitely the atmosphere. There is so much school spirit, that it doesn't matter how bad or good our sports teams are. There is always something to do on campus, that there is not a need to ever leave. Last year I didn't have a vehicle here, and it was absolutely no problem. The bus systems are quite efficient at getting you wehere you need to go. You will never be bored, there is always homework to be done, or activities going on at the student union building.

The best thing about Washington State was how you ran into friend everywhere you went.

There are many opportunities for every kind of person here. We have a greek system, nationally-recognized sports teams, and too many clubs to list. The social life is very active. There is always something to do. We have arts majors, computer science majors, pre-law majors, pre-med majors, entrepenuership and business majors, the list goes on - and for every major there are about ten different clubs. We have concerts, plays, and ballets to attend.

This school gives many opportunties to anyone that comes and is nationally reaconized. The teachers have been awesome as well as the advising to help me find my right major, and if I need help it isn't hard to get it. There are also so many ways to get involved whether it is flag football, bass fishing club, or just going to the rec center with friends.

Though WSU has a very large campus, it maintains a small school feel. It has the feeling of a small town, cozy and safe. This gives students a feeling of safety and security, assuring them that they can gain their education, fulfill their life goals, and stay safe while doing so. If this university didn't feel so quaint, I would feel lost and insecure. Being here makes me feel as though I have support from every single person on this campus, and I love that.

The best thing about WSU would have to be the diversity. Across campus there are numerous colleges, wide varieties of people, organizations, sports and activities. There are so many different things one can find to do to occupy their time, whether its sitting on top of the library, working out at the REC, hanging out in the CUB or living on Greek Row.

I think that the best thing about my school is that the professors i have had so far are very helpful and, unlike high school, i often feel like i am learning things that will be very valuable to me later on in life. At my school, i often get the impression that the professors here really care about the quality of your education. If they sense that you are not understanding a concept, they do the best that they can to help you understand and learn the subject matter. WSU provides students with a high quality education.

The best thing I consider about my school are the large social opportunities. Washington State University offers a wide varity of clubs and social entertainment gatherings that make it easy to meet people who share common interets.

I think that the people here are overall just good people. The amoung of spirit that we have during the games is almost overwhelming! Even in Seattle right next to UW there are always just a ton of cougs there. It's always a great feeling to yell "GO COUGS" and other people start yelling "GO COUGS" and it's just too much fun even in Seattle.

The best thing about my school is the professors! I feel like each professor really take the time needed to help each student really understand the material and succeed.

Location: Pullman is a perfect college town.

The Greek system is one of the best things about my school because it creates lasting friendships and a close-knit community.

Good resources for tutoring and for forming connections for later carrier serches. The Teachers love what they teach and it shows in their enthusiasm. It is a wonderful place to learn if that is why you came.

Beyond the beneficial classes and glorious Recreation Center, Washington State University has the best academic advisors. Each person is connected to their students and genuinely try to place them in the classes they desire or need to take. They help keep students in check and on track, which is completely necessary in college because there is an abundance of distractions. My academic advisor can hone in on my scholarly needs and present me with a mass of information about my major. They are relentlessly helpful and inspire academic progress.

I love the friendly community and active particpation of the student body in many educational activities.

Everyone has alot of spirit and is glad to attend school there.

The best thing about my school is that they try their best to bring diverse perspectives into the classroom. This is really helpful in understanding topics as well as applying concepts outside of the classroom situation.
