Ghosts, goblins, and zombies — oh, my! There’s nothing quite like the month of October to bring out your inner ghoul. If you’re a Walking Dead fan, we know you are eagerly counting down the days until the season premiere on October 12, but there’s also an abundance of horror movies on television to entertain and torture you throughout the month. And, even if you secretly cower under your blankets, you know it’s futile to resist; this month will be filled with screams of terror. Of course, if you really want a good scare, you could simply look at your college tuition bill. No amount of wooden stakes or silver bullets will make that disappear. But, there is one thing you can arm yourself with that might help vanquish it — scholarships! So, grab your computer and start applying soon because these October scholarships have a shorter shelf life than a vampire waiting to meet the sun.
