We are thrilled to announce our first-ever Stromberg’s Chicken scholarship for students who strive for excellence and outstanding performance. We are excited to support the next generation of leaders and innovators, and we hope that this scholarship will inspire and motivate students to continue pursuing their passions and achieving their goals. The Stromberg’s Chicken scholarship provides a one-time reward of $1000 to pay for tuition, books, computers, accommodation, or any education-related expense. There’s no GPA requirement and no application forms. This scholarship will be open to both undergrad and graduate students attending any accredited college university within the United States, as well as high school seniors who will be attending classes in the Spring of 2024.

Since its inception in 2002, United Way of Long Island has awarded scholarships and/or grants, in the areas of Academics & Enrichment, totaling more than $1,000,000. The D.R.E.A.M.S. For Youth Advisory Board, comprised of 7th graders to college students, works under the guidance of United Way staff to make award decisions. The Dreams R Us Foundation provides support for D.R.E.A.M.S. For Youth scholarships. The D.R.E.A.M.S. For Youth Scholarship grants are awarded in two areas: Academic - Assists with costs associated with educational goals at a college, university, private or vocational school. Applicants must be in grade 12, demonstrate financial need and a commitment to community service. Financial awards range from $1,000 to $2,500. Enrichment - Assists with costs associated with activities that enrich the soul, body, heart or inspire creativity. Examples may include music, singing, dance, art lessons; computer graphics training; acting, photography, fashion design; specialized summer camps etc. Funds may be used for enrollment fees, instruments and/or supplies. Applicants must be in grades 7-12, demonstrate financial need and a commitment to community service. Financial awards range from $100 to $2,500.

The Jay Holstine STEM Scholarship has been established to support students who are eager to learn, and dedicated to succeed, in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Many students today face economic adversity in completing their education. Jay believes that an investment in a student is an investment in the betterment of our society.

As we contemplated providing academic scholarships to parents who have faced an unplanned pregnancy, chosen life for their child, and now wish to pursue higher education, we sought guidance through prayer. Our concerns about whether we would be able to raise the necessary funds to make a significant contribution vanished when an unexpected anonymous donation arrived. This generous donation inspired us to take action and turn this idea into a reality! We are delighted to offer assistance to one or more selected North Carolina applicants in the 2023-2024 school year who have chosen life for their child and now face the demanding task of balancing the responsibilities of parenthood with their pursuit for higher academic achievement.

We believe that fostering more diversity in the physical therapist workforce will empower therapists to provide even better care to an increasingly diverse patient population. We aim to close the existing diversity gap by investing in students and welcoming them into a supportive community as they begin their physical therapist careers.

The scholarships provided by Aron Govil Giving are available to students from all backgrounds. This scholarship can also be targeted toward specific fields of study or areas of interest, such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), the arts, humanities, and social sciences.

The Arkansas Rural Health Scholarship was created by Dr. Rhys Branman to support, empower, and encourage medical students in Arkansas who are interested in practicing medicine in rural areas of Arkansas. The scholarship award of $2,500 is to be used toward tuition fees and educational expenses, including but not limited to: textbooks, supplies (paper, pens, notebooks, etc.), and required technology. The scholarship award will be disbursed directly to the student in the form of a cash prize. The selected student will be required to furnish information necessary to issue a 1099 tax form, including social security number, as part of the process for dispersing scholarship monies. Student will be responsible for any resulting tax obligations.

Students interested in careers such as teaching, law enforcement, and public health are not only badly needed, but represent the true American spirit of contribution to their fellow citizens. This line of work requires meticulous study, sacrifice, and altruism to create meaningful change. It is essential that talented, interested students understand the importance of public service and the role they can play in shaping our nation’s future. As a way to help encourage the next generation of public servants throughout the nation, our law firm is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity open to eligible students nationwide. This scholarship aims to incentivize students to enter public service careers and make the difference that is needed. Our hope is the 2025 American Public Service Scholarship’s financial assistance can help kickstart that process and encourage students to brainstorm their potential career pathways in public service.
