This scholarship is available for international and U.S. college juniors and seniors who are members of the Alpha Chi Rho fraternity. It is preferred that applicants major in the physical sciences, mathematics, or engineering.

Current high school seniors planning to enroll in an ABET-accredited engineering program are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.75 or higher and SAT/ACT scores in the 90th percentile.

This award is available to Virginia students who are currently enrolled at a Virginia community college as a freshmen student. This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of West Virginia.
