This scholarship is open to incoming and current female undergraduate students who reside in the Connecticut Community Foundation’s 21-town service area. Students must have a grade point average of B- (2.75) or higher, and must pursue an artistic career (preference to those pursuing painting and design).

Bill Bendiner and Doug Morgenson Scholarship
This award is available for students who are U.S. citizens pursuing a career in human services, health sciences or visual arts. Eligible applicants must have been living in Washington state, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, or Alaska for at least one year. Preference is given to self-identified LGBT students, members of LGBT families, and straight allies who have been supportive of the LGBT community.
Patricia Van Kirk Scholarship
This scholarship is available for lesbians studying theater or visual arts at the undergraduate level. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to social justice and reside in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana or Alaska.
Bill McKnight Legacy Scholarship
This scholarship is available for LGBT students and straight allies who are studying art or humanities at an accredited college or university in the U.S. Preference is given to students residing in Kitsap County or Bainbridge Island in Washington State.
Doris & Clarence Glick Classical Music Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is available for Hawaii undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in music with an emphasis in classical music. Students must have a grade point average of 2.7 or higher.
Associated Male Choruses of America Music Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate students who are majoring in music. An applicant with a vocal or choral emphasis will receive preference. Students must be sponsored by an AMCA (Associated Male Choruses of America) member chorus. AMCA member choruses are located in Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Joseph D. Thomas Memorial Scholarship
Maine residents pursuing a major in the performing arts are eligible for this scholarship. Applicants must participate in an audition (or interview if majoring in a technical field).
Washington American Indian Endowed Scholarship
This award is available to Washington undergraduate and graduate students who are currently attending or planning to attend a postsecondary institution in Washington. The student must have close cultural and social ties to an American Indian community in Washington.
Dorchester Woman’s Club Music Scholarship in Voice
This scholarship is available for Massachusetts undergraduates who are majoring in voice. Applicants must be willing to perform at a personal audition.
University of Maine Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship
This scholarship is available for high school seniors who will graduate from a state-approved Maine high school and plan to attend the University of Maine at Orono.
