NFMC Hinda Honigman Award for the Blind
This award is for legally blind U.S. students who have a strong interest in music, and have vocalist or instrumentalist skills. The student must have his/her 19th, but not 26th, birthday by March 1 of the year of auditions.
NFMC/Irma Carey Wilson Music Therapy Award
This award is available for currently enrolled U.S. college sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Students must be pursuing a degree in music therapy or interning for music therapy, and must attend a school accredited by the American Music Therapy Association.
NFMC Ruth B. Robertson Music Therapy Award
This award is for U.S. college junior and senior students only. Students must attend an accredited school approved by the American Music Therapy Association.
NFMC Dorothy Dann Bullock Music Therapy Award
U.S. college sophomores, juniors, and seniors students majoring in music therapy are eligible for this award. Students must be attending a school accredited by the American Music Therapy Association.
Gerrit R. Ludwig Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is available for Hawaii undergraduate and graduate students; preference is given to students who are majoring in fine arts or classics. Students must be graduates of one of the following East Hawai’i public schools: Hilo, Honoka’a, Kea’au, Laupahoehoe, Pahoa, or Waiakea.
Berrien Fragos Thorn Arts Scholarship for Migrant Farmworkers
Students who are 16 years of age or older who are interested in pursuing the development of their talents in an art discipline may apply for this award. Students must have a history of movement to obtain work in agriculture.
Senator James M. Jeffords Endowed Scholarship to Honor Marian Hausman Jeffords
This award is available to high school seniors who reside in Rutland County, Vermont, or attend a Rutland County high school. Students must be seeking a degree in the arts, including (but not limited to) music, visual arts, dance, or theater; students must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
Iowa Scholarship for the Arts
This scholarship is available for Iowa students who have graduated this year and will be attending an Iowa college. Students must have proven artistic ability in dance, literature, music, theatre, traditional arts, or the visual arts, and major in one of those areas.
Constant Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was designed to support a deserving art or music major who is a resident of Aquidneck Island, Rhode Island. The applicant must be enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior in an accredited four-year postsecondary institution.
