KASF Southwestern Region Scholarship
This award is available for Korean-American students who are residing in or attending school in one of the following states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.
HBCU Connect Minority Student Scholarship
HBCUConnect.com encourages minority students from all around the nation to pursue bachelors degrees at U.S. historically black colleges and universities. Applicants must be minority graduating high school seniors, transfer, or full time undergraduate students attending historically black college or university.
Area Go Texan Scholarship
High school seniors who are in the top one-third of their graduating class, have an SAT/ACT score of 950/19 or higher and are residents of Texas planning to attend a Texas college or university are eligible for this award. Students must reside in a participating Area Go Texan county.
LITA/LSSI Minority Scholarship in Library and Information Technology
U.S. and Canadian citizens who will have earned no more than 12 hours towards a Master of Library Science degree by June of the award year are eligible for this award. Students must be members of a principal minority group; attend an ALA-accredited school; and plan to enter the library automation field.
Texas History Essay Contest
This award is for U.S. high school seniors. Applicants must submit an essay reflecting an awareness of Texas history and exploring its relevance to the building of Texas.
NFMC/Irma Carey Wilson Music Therapy Award
This award is available for currently enrolled U.S. college sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Students must be pursuing a degree in music therapy or interning for music therapy, and must attend a school accredited by the American Music Therapy Association.
Texas AFL-CIO Scholarship
This scholarship is available for a Texas high school senior who is a member or the child of a member of a local union that is affiliated with the Texas AFL-CIO and the local Central Labor Council.
STU-HSA Madelene Hill Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. college juniors and seniors who are either Texas residents or attending a college in Texas. Students must be majoring in agronomy, horticulture, botany, or a closely-related discipline.
InspirASIAN Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are currently enrolled as high school seniors. Students must have made a contribution to the Asian/Pacific American community and reside in one of the nine states or regions with an active Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community Advancement (APCA) chapter.
