Traveler’s Foundation Scholarship – Non-Tribal College Students
This scholarship is open to U.S. college sophomores, juniors, and seniors of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent who attend school or reside in CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MN, or TX. Students must be majoring in business, accounting, computer science, computer technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or a related field; have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; and have demonstrated financial need.
Traveler’s Foundation Scholarship – Tribal College Students
This scholarship is open to U.S. college sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent, attend selected tribal institutions, and are residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, Minnesota, or Texas. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrated financial need, and must major in business, accounting, computer science, computer technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or a related field.
Society for the Advancement of Floral Design TMF/Career Change Scholarship
This scholarship is open to adult students in Texas who are changing careers or want to complete their Texas Master Florist Certification. Students must attend a two-year community college or floral design school in Texas and major in horticulture, landscaping, or floriculture.
AH&LEF Annual Scholarship Grant Program
This scholarship program is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled full time in a hospitality management degree-granting program. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (with the exception of the Conrad Hilton Fund, which accepts students with grade point averages of 2.0 or higher).
Paulus Schroeter Scholarship
U.S. graduating high school seniors from the 26 northernmost counties in the Texas panhandle who demonstrate financial need are eligible for this award. Students must exhibit community service and leadership. Click here to learn more about how to apply.
Dr. Charles and Phyllis Seward Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who reside in the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle and are currently employed are eligible for this award. Preference will be given to Native Americans.
Panhandle Restaurant Association Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors from one of the 26 of the northernmost counties in the Texas panhandle with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who major culinary arts or restaurant management.
Benjamin Gimp Raffkind Memorial Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who are residents of the 26 northernmost Texas panhandle counties and demonstrate community service are eligible for this award. Students must enroll at Amarillo College or West Texas A&M University.
Moore County Gin Doug Nix Memorial Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who attend Channing, Dalhart, Dumas, Stratford and Sunray High Schools and plan to enroll an an Agriculture course of study are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
