This scholarship is available for Illinois resident undergraduate and graduate students who are African American/Black, Hispanic American, Asian American or Native American origin and planning to become preschool, elementary or secondary school teachers. Edward S. Roth Manufacturing Engineering Scholarship
This award is for U.S. and international undergraduate and/or graduate students who plan to attend or are currently attending certain ABET-accredited institutions. A list of eligible institutions can be found at www.sme.org/cgi-bin/smeefhtml.pl?/foundation/scholarships/fsfroth.html&&&SEF&. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.
Lucile B. Kaufman Women’s Scholarship
This award is for female U.S. and international sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors who are majoring in manufacturing engineering. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible.
Minority Teaching Fellows Program
This award is available for Tennessee resident, minority undergraduate students who are pursuing teaching field at a public or private Tennessee college or university. Students must plan to teach at a Tennessee public kindergarten, elementary or secondary school upon graduation.
IHS Health Professions Scholarship Program
This scholarship is available for American Indian and Alaskan Native undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a full- or part-time study program leading to a degree in a health-related profession for one of the health career priority categories as determined by Indian Health Services. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
Native American Supplemental Grant
This scholarship is available for U.S. graduate students who are in their first year of study, are Alaskan Natives or American Indians, and are members of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Students must be enrolled in one of the following programs with plans to work in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.): a MACE (Master of Arts, Christian Education) program; or a M.Div. (Master of Divinity) program.
Student Opportunity Scholarship
This scholarship is available for U.S. college sophomores, juniors and seniors who are members of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and are seeking an undergraduate degree. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
Wisconsin Talent Incentive Program (TIP) Grant
This award is available for U.S. high school students who are residents of Wisconsin and planning to attend an in-state or eligible out-of-state public or independent postsecondary institution. Students must be first-time freshman, demonstrate financial need, and come from a non-traditional or educationally disadvantaged background.
Wisconsin Minority Undergraduate Retention Grant
This award is available to Wisconsin residents who are classified as a minority and are undergraduate students enrolled in degree or certificate programs at Wisconsin Technical College, independent colleges and universities, or tribal colleges based in Wisconsin. Awards are based on financial need.
Wisconsin Indian Student Assistance Grant
This need-based award is available to Wisconsin residents who are at least 25 percent Native American and are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in degree or certificate programs at University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, independent colleges and universities, tribal colleges, or proprietary institutions based in Wisconsin.
