International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Scholarship Competition
Canadian and U.S. students who are members or are the children of members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) are eligible for this award. Children of members must be high school seniors at time of application, while members may apply at any time during their undergraduate studies.
TEXAS (Toward Excellence, Access, and Success) Grant Program
This award is available to Texas high school graduates, or undergraduate students who earned an associate degree from a public technical, state or community college in Texas, who are planning to attend a public university in Texas. Students must demonstrate financial need and have an Expected Family Contribution of $5,233 or less.
Cal Grant B Competitive Award
This award is for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of California and are planning to or currently attending an eligible college or university in the state of California. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher and must meet certain family income and asset requirements as set by the state of California.
Cal Grant C
This award is for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of California pursuing a technical education in the state of California. Students must be enrolled in a vocational training program lasting from 4 to 24 months and must meet certain family income and asset requirements as set by California.
CA Law Enforcement Personnel Dependents Grant Program (LEPD)
This award is available to California resident undergraduate students who are planning to attend college in California. The student must be a dependent or spouse of a deceased or permanently injured peace officer, Department of Corrections and California Youth Authority employee, or a permanent/full-time firefighter employed by the state of California.
W. Price, Jr. Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available for Texas high school seniors or currently enrolled college students who are enrolled in a restaurant/food service program and/or hospitality program. Students must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher (3.5 or higher in the major) and one or more years of work experience in the foodservice industry.
Cal Grant A Competitive Award
This award is for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of California and are planning to or currently attending an eligible college or university in the state of California. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must meet certain family income and asset requirements as set by the state of California.
Texas Good Neighbor Scholarship Program
This award is available for international students who are citizens of a nation in the western hemisphere other than Cuba and the United States. Applicants must plan to attend a public Texas college or university.
Texas College Work-Study Program
This award is for Texas students who are attending a college or university in Texas. The program helps eligible students find part-time jobs to cover cost of attending college. The student must demonstrate financial need, as determined by the institution, to be eligible.
