Overall CSU is a great school, very friendly community, and there are many volunteer organizations to help less fortunate people. I have met some the nicest and best friends in Fort Collins.

I love CSU and the arcitecture. One thing I would like to change is updating the residence halls. The size is a little bit too large, but it is ok.

The best thing I have found at CSU so far is that everything is "as advertised" when I was applying. I like the size of 25,000, because there are tons of resources and lots of activities always going on. However, I would not like for the school to get any larger. Fort Collins is an excecllent college town, with plenty of fun things to do, lots of resources available, and Denver is only an hour and a half drive to get to some of the biggest events in the state. Fort Collins has a nice mix of college but also normal residents, kids and families, as well as businesses. The most frequent student complaints are related to current proposals to increase tuition.

I think that CSU has a great campus and is a good size for a college. I think the town really supports CSU and that CSU students represent the area well. I think the admisitration is alright. I feel like our advisors should be a little more personally conected with their students.

The community in Fort Collins seems to be extremely supportive of the Univeristy! Everywhere I go, it's "CSU this" and "CSU that". It's nice to know people and businesses in the area support us as students and athletes.
I feel like the size of CSU is about perfect. I don't feel like a part of a statistic here. I feel like teacher and faculty are more than willing to help with any problems you may have. I attended UW last year and CSU is more welcoming than the other univerisity even though UW is smaller.
However, I do not like paying the huge amount of out-of-state tuition required to attend CSU. Though I realize it takes a lot of money to run a school like this, I feel out-of-state tuition has definitely gotten a little outrageous...

I have to say that I absolutely love CSU. I am not originally from Colorado and ever since I moved ot Fort Collins I fall in loved with the town in its people. I think the school size is perfect, it is not too big but it is not too small either. While on campus I spend most of my time on the college of business and at the library. I think that the CSU administration is doing a good job but there is definately a room for improvement, specially in recruiring more diverse students. CSU has opened me the doors to many opportunities and I am really proud to say that I attend Colorado State University.

Csu is a large campus with beautiful scenery and strong character. Everyone has a great, laid back attitude, and a strong sense of acceptance. Right now our football team sucks which lowers our school pride; something we need to work on. As for spending time, old town has alot to offer, but my passion is in horsetooth. Go there during the day or night and you will be awed. Aside from horsetooth i spend alot of my time with my fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon. I beleive joining a fraternity has made my enjoy college much more. Mainly from meeting new people and creating networks.

CSU is just right for the size. People react normal when they nowthat I'm in CSU. I spend most of the time in the library. The most frequent student complaints about the high expectation for the open option students seeking either engineering or business. They make a lot o effored in having a high GPA but the classes are not helpful in giving them the grades that they deserve.

I like the spread out feel of the campus and the people who appear to be extremely nice. I would maybe upgrade the dorms in some areas and in particular the bathrooms. My school is just right. It has 25,000 people so it is great for me. I get either really great cheers from former graduates or I get the Go Buffs response to fellow Colorado graduates. I spend most of my time in class or at the Lowry center. Fort Collins is more of a college town. I believe all of the administration is here to help you in the best way possible. I have nothing but positive feedback about my classes and professors. The school sponsored newspaper editor allowed to print an explict comment about President Bush. I would say the people that go here are extremely proud not to be a buff! There is nothing ususal about CSU that I know about. My first day moving into the dorms. It was exciting and yet scary. I would say the weather because it gets pretty cold here.

I would change the impersonal help and service about this school. it seems like everyone is helpless at times. I spend alot of time at the library which I happen to like alot because it has plenty of resources. I also like the campus, but the parking problems and parking tickets are enough to drive you to find education else where. School pride is great, you see everyone wearing CSU stuff and the college town is perfect and mostly safe for everyone. CSU is in a great location and has alot to offer, I just think that there should be more information and help out there for students.
