Make sure you take school very seriously. Eventhough you are a senior, continue trying hard in school. Try to make the best grades possible throught school and college. It will help you get into programs and maybe even qualify for some scholarships. This will also help you finish your career faster. Do have some fun but school should always come first.

I would advise me to apply to a different college. I would tell me to get a job in order to pay for my books.

What I could say would be that college is not so hard for people who really puts all their enthusiasm and concentration in the college classes but, that, that is not enough, being in college is a hard work and, besides the enthusiasm a person could have, a collegestudent must apply a very, very hard work, study a lot, read a lot , and take andvantage from everything the teachers teach.\in their classrooms.

College is an incredible experience that helps mold the future of your dreams. In order to achieve your goals in life, you must first define who you are and what you want to be. Find the right school that fits your needs and take advantage of any aide te campus offers. Life is a roller coaster ride, we would neevr get on if there was nothing keeping us from falling out during the ride. Think of your education the same way....make sure you know what you are getting yourself into, be positive you want to begin and complete your education, and try to avoid things that may distract you from your educational goals.

College is an unforgettable experience for every student, it is all a matter of how each students decides to go about it. Preparing for college can be very confussing and hectic. Always take the inituative to ask questions because there are so many details about college that are not said and the only way to know about them is by asking. Learning study habits ahead of time and organization skills and communication skills will make a students experience in college less hectic and that much more fun. Never settle and always exceed past your expectations.

My advice to the parents and children that live locally here in the Valley should never never frown upon a University that is ideally located in your town. The University of Texas in Brownsville is an amazing school! It has fantastic history with such friendly people. It has so much to offer for studnets that live in town and students coming from other states. This campus is going to get so huge and well known! Why wouldnt any one not want to attend this universty? MY advice is to study study study!!! Pick classes your going to enjoy because if you dont my theroy is you wont want to go to that class. I loved going to school! Everyday i studied and went to study groups, got together with friends and talked about what was going on. Living the college life is so much fun and there is so much to offer to every single student that attends. You get to meet people from all over the states and get to know them and their culutre. Make sure whatever college you pick or attend, its not a final choice. Dont feel like your stuck with that one university. peace, love.
